I am thrilled. I found an Honest Ade fruit drink that contains goji berry and yumberry (yang mei berry), called Superfruit Punch.
I wish I were thrilled about my body right now. The pain is around a six, complete with a sciatica flare. I finally ran out of L-Tyrosine and ordered more. It is a building block for epinephrine, norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine -- all of which are important to antidepressant activity. A new antidepressant on the market has been approved for fibromyalgia, which is lovely, and I hope it helps many people. It got me thinking about tyrosine again. I remember when taking L-Tyrosine every morning (with week-long breaks every month) worked well to make me feel happier and in less pain and much less fatigued.
Adam, Charlotte, Billy and I have ordered Chinese food and are watching the Sci-Fi Channel. Adam played around on Facebook and found his ex-fiancee, who has a husband and child. I discovered yerba mate in the most interesting beverages earlier.

Lyrica is an anti-epilepsy drug. I'm already on one of those, Trileptal, which is currently being studied for fibromyalgia and is sometimes prescribed off-label for fibro. I talked about the connections between Lyrica and Trilepal before, but I forget where.

Ahh ok. I was hoping it was something, since it was FDA approved, would be of help to you.

I'll keep looking around for stuff I hope will help, though, you do pretty dang good as you're doing. :D

*hugs*

Do you mind me asking why you take a week long break from L-Tyrosine every month? I have just picked some up and am hoping that it will help me with depression, fatigue and insomnia.

Tyrosine is one of those supplements that can become less effective if you take it every single day long term; your body can build a tolerance.
