So I came home to Adam and we curled up in the big armchair downstairs and watched TV on the big screen above the fireplace. Then we went upstairs and I turned on "Gilmore Girls" (my mother and I love the show because it reminds us of our relationship). Adam patiently watched with me. And then we heard a magnificent line: "You know, Pippi Longstocking is a great makeout movie. Better than "Blood On The Road" or "Hey That's My Daughter's Head."
And Adam and I looked at each other and laughed hysterically for a few minutes. Yes, we are strange.
I just saw a headline on MSN: "Jennifer Garner Ill With Viral Infection." "Golden Globe nominee Jennifer Garner is sick."
*blink* Um, yes? And we care why? Lots of people get sick with viral infections, but you don't see their names headlining news articles. I mean, I like Jennifer Garner, but this does not make me stop my life for a sick famous person. Can we have important news now?
Just thought I'd mention that.
