Random Supplement Stuff

I am bowing down to my MSM supplements and MSM creams. Pain relief is awesome.

I've started taking capsules containing extracts of mangosteen, goji berry, maqui berry, and tart cherry. After three weeks of that, some of my inflammation and joint issues are starting to fade in and out. This is nice.

Someone asked me if I'm still taking gotu kola and ashwagandha pills as supplemental seizure management. I stopped for a while, but I started again a few days ago. Those herbs worked a bit magic on my wacky neurology for a while.

I tend to take breaks from almost all my supplements every couple of months. Exceptions are: MSM, fish oil, berry extracts, red yeast rice extract, fiber pills, calcium, magnesium, vitamins, and turmeric. I take those every day.

The best topical treatments for me are anything combining tamanu, sea buckthorn, and helichrysum. Other healing ingredients, like MSM, don't hurt, either. I shall now pimp two products I helped create.

Also, for Vicki: the reason I haven't ordered more is because the bottles and jars are not empty yet. I am hoarding them. I can't decide which is my favorite so they are both my Precious.

Shit...

Well, never mind.

My knees swelled up, my right hip started aching, my lower back started spasming, and a fibro flare cheerfully roared through me and mocked me. I held out until I started sobbing, and then took a Flexeril. I am waiting for said drug to kick in. The MSM, turmeric, proteolytic enzymes, and tart cherry extract did great things, they really did, but this is just more immediately powerful.

I wonder, how hard do I have to scream before the pain just stops completely?

I am now going to try and pay no attention to my agony, as I begin reading my new copy of Kiersten White's "Paranormalcy" (which I hear is wonderful). Also, I have nowhere to go tomorrow but I am going to apply a full face of makeup just for the hell of it.
