Mar. 8th, 2003 12:21 pmI now know what it is like to be humped by a dog. Watson and his housemates adopted a husky-golden lab mix, and it seems that the neutered dog enjoys getting it on with pillows. It thought I was a pillow. I still have scratches on my back. (Watson: "Guardian! Stop that! That is not a pillow!)
I love Tatu. I could play their songs all day. Who cares if most of it's in Russian. That video for "30 Minutes" is amazing, and so unexpected after hearing the English version. The English lyrics said nothing about dynamite and exploding carousels! Also, the English lyrics to "Not Gonna Get Us" have obviously been changed; sometimes that really takes away from the meaning of the original songs. But the girls are still hot.
Still coming to terms with torturing my characters like that. I almost killed Ian. That is very bad. Ian is not supposed to do that, he's the lead male. The way the book is taking on a mind of its own is very creepy.
I may change Kara's unicorn to a tiger. Maybe a white tiger. That means that in all the scenes where Dana's riding a white horse, I'll have to change it to running with a tiger. Actually that sounds pretty cool. Dana is getting much better. Her discipline over the Phoenix powers pleases me. And Ian's Dragon persona is working out great. Now, how to make Thomas happy about being the Tortoise...
