Hey, Beca, I think you're right, with that theory about why epilepsy and bipolar are treated with the same drugs, if this feels like a manic episode...

This time my houseguest was there to see )
At first I thought that the increase in frequency might be a psychosomatic response to learning about the official diagnosis -- but I now realize and remember that this sort of thing would happen several times a week, I just always ignored it or passed it off as quirkiness, weird moments. This happens a lot. It does, it does, I can't deny it. And I should quit focusing so much on the anxiety part of it before I make it happen again.
Acceptance, awareness, understanding, and ability to assess and remedy the situation is crucial now.

I'm sorry, I'm not being much fun right now. I'll be more fun later.
