Awesome/Annoying

Awesome:
-Watching Barack Obama's speech.
-Being called "evil and stupid" because I can watch Fox News without retching or using the cutesy petty "Faux" nickname (although I usually want to smash some of the commentators' brains in with the heaviest clue-by-four I can find, but I'm like that with every news network since they're all irritating).
-My kitten running to my "rescue" after I whooped a little too loudly upon reading that the TMNT cartoon's new season starts in two weeks (she galloped across the living room, launched into my lap, and began licking my chin in concern and making worried noises).
-Discovering Quorn nuggets.
-My husband comes home this weekend, and Monday is a holiday.
-Today's Non Sequitur comic and yesterday's leading into it.

Annoying:
-My knees swelling up due to the rain.
-This developing migraine due to the rain.
-Having a massive fibro flare due to the rain.
-The headdesk-inducing words that come out of some people's mouths at inopportune moments.

Three Day Weekend

And near the end, my husband will be home from California.
Yay! Sex!

I plan to rest and relax. Hang out with Charlotte, take walks and trike rides with weather permitting, watch movies.

My office closed early for the holiday weekend, so I got home at 4:30, the time I normally leave work.

I have Newman's Own Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, both milk and dark.

I also have Bolthouse Farms Mocha Cappuccino and Bolthouse Farms Hazelnut Latte.

So, life right now is pretty damn sweet.
