(I'm still trying to figure out why people like Bruce think that homosexuals getting married would negatively impact their own personal lives. Seriously. Bruce, I love you, you and Bonnie are my parents' best friends, I've known you since I was three. But I just don't understand your bizarre intolerance. Honestly, get over it.)
I'm watching the movie "August Rush" right now. It's pretty awesome.
I'm eating Yoplait yogurt, but I need to be careful and not overdo it. Too much aspartame gives me migraines. Still: Chocolate Mousse, Blueberries 'N Cream, Strawberries 'N Cream, Blackberry Pomegranate. Num.
Adam is making omelets with cream cheese and potatoes. We got the idea from Hamburger Hamlet's breakfast menu. It's amazing.
We're all going to Faire today; second to last weekend. Adam, Jason, Megan and I will pile in the car and spend a few hours walking around pretending we're in abastardized modernized version of the Renaissance. Friends I haven't seen in a while will be there, plus good food and jousting.
One of the secretaries at work kindly gave me a fifty dollar gift card to Bloomingdale's; her sister works at the Laura Mercier counter in the local store. The secretary knows that I like cosmetics. I went to the store and picked out two lipsticks: Sexy Lips, which I needed to replenish, and Romance. They're good colors, both have a soft subtle red flush. I've decided that when I run out, I'll buy them again, when I have the cash.
