I've had people ask me those things before. I usually just tell them, "It is just how my body works. I need to find alternative methods of doing things. If I actually cannot do something, I ask for help. Please stop judging me based on any ability or disability I have." Just like that, word for word. The force behind my tone, or maybe the verbosity, usually shuts them up or makes them think.
