Oh, yes, socializing
Feb. 15th, 2009 01:49 pmI have had quite a social weekend -- for me, at least. Charlotte and Billy came and got me on their way to the chiropractor on Saturday and the three of us spent the day together.
(The chiro was wonderful and hugged me twice as I was leaving. I showed him my parents' artwork online, and we even called my father so the two could chat. Dad said that some of his mural work from Brooklyn is now featured in a book called On The Wall.)
This morning, my friends came and got me. We went out for Robeks smoothies and Fractured Prune donuts; I also got a bagel with lox and cream cheese. We are now in my den, since Billy wanted to watch NASCAR in HD. We have been watching On Demand episodes of "The Beast."
I am still finishing up my Robeks Acai Energizer.
I have been doing some research to find Charlotte supplements for menopause symptoms. Found her one thing; hopefully it will help. It's never pretty to go through menopause from your late twenties to your early thirties and maybe later. Especially not when it involved endometriosis and a hysterectomy. I seriously hope I can help her.
We will be getting together again tomorrow, so I can see the chiropractor. No work, so I might as well. My lower back feels wonderful and dare I say I feel maybe a quarter of an inch taller.
