Sushi cravings again

Sprinkling of blue lotus last night, Soma today. One of these days I won't be in extreme pain.

I may take a walk for a bit.
Adam is working and will most likely be home late this afternoon.
I want to find a sushi restaurant withing walking or bus route distance.
I did several yoga stretches earlier once the Soma kicked in.

It will be lovely to one day feel "normal" again, whatever that is.

I need more friends close by...
