Really, I can't even imagine not re-reading books. I'll admit, when I hear that people don't ever re-read, I will give them funny, incredulous looks. Charlotte and Adam pleaded with me not to buy any more copies of Neil Gaiman's Good Omens because I keep thinking I've lost copies, or I will give copies away, and I will read it over and over until I've practically memorized that bit that first describes Adam Young (because it also describes my husband Adam as a baby).

This is a lovely and inspiring entry about a first-time novelist whose first novel is about to debut in stores.

I've been having nightmares. I will not describe them completely, but I will say that one from last night made me so terrified of becoming pregnant that I woke up with my arms wrapped around my midsection and my legs clamped together. Another involved my being trapped in a glass building with only mannequins, like an episode of the original Twilight Zone series. Another had me between life and death, and I can't say what I saw.

Everything in my body is currently burning and there appears to be lightning wrapped around my muscles. Thank you, fibromyalgia.
I had a simple partial seizure this afternoon, while shelf-reading at work.
My left arm has been spasming, and my left leg has been stiff and uncooperative.
Luckily, the weather has been comfortably warm and even-tempered, and I am not as pained as I could be. I do enjoy the weather in central Maryland most of the time. It helps me relax, even with the constant pressure changes.

Dinner involved portobello mushroom ravioli with marinara and olive oil.
