1. Went to Big Lots, got stuff, came home, finished drinking my mocha with Really Raw Honey and Organic Chocolate Syrup.
2. The new bottle of Psyche Lotion that Vicki sent me is absolutely amazing, fantastic, and whimsical. The aromatherapy is awesome, literally awesome.
3. Dear Laurell K. Hamilton: Please stop writing your main female character as a sociopathic rapist with severe villain tendencies while trying to call her a "strong heroic feminist role model." No. Please stop. I shouldn't care; I quit fully reading your books years ago. Yet somehow, I do care. Your views on women horrify me. Your views on many things horrify me. And you whine too much about writing your books when you should probably be enjoying it. How about you just stop writing for a while and think about things? Maybe you'll get better after you think.
4. Currently researching very, very old world mythology. Celtic in particular, and especially Irish.
5. The party on Saturday will happen. It will be very small, very quiet, and very refreshing.
