Shiny Apple
May. 14th, 2010 08:29 pmI'll be in New York City on Sunday. Adam got permission to take me along. Hotel in New Jersey on Saturday, drive to Manhattan Sunday morning. Adam will work and I will walk. We'll have friends watch the house and cats until we return Sunday evening. I am a born and bred New Yorker -- Brooklynite, actually. It is always home.
Still job hunting like mad, never giving up. But it has become a tad ridiculous. I would imagine I could find something in the DC Metro area that did not try to scam me. I have a few leads at the moment. Hope remains.
Did not take any pharmaceutical pain relievers today. Did take supplemental muscle relaxers. Good enough for now.
The bad and weird dreams haven't stopped. I no longer know how much sleep I've been actually getting. It hasn't been helping the pain or hypertonia, naturally, but I am working on solutions.
I've begun hobby research on allergic reactions, now that I can use kiwi extract topically with no allergy trouble. It might only be the proteins in the kiwi fruit itself that cause the reaction. Not testing it out by eating kiwi again, obviously. Had enough warning last time when my tongue and throat swelled, anyway. But I can now use that lotion I've been coveting.
I am so in love with this concealer (Neutral 1) and this lipstick (Red Zin) that it's kind of crazy.
Turmeric and Serrapeptase have successfully worked for my inflammation and pain, so I'll keep taking them as supplements. As with all supplements nutritional and herbal, Mileage May Vary.
