So, I may have finally found my best proper pain medication management: One Soma in the morning, one Klonopin in the morning, one Ultram in the afternoon, maybe a second Soma or Ultram in the early evening if I really hurt, one Flexeril before bed. Do this for three months, then stop and check with the doctor before repeating. That way, muscle pains, tension pains, nerve pains, joint pains, stress pains, and anxiety pains are managed carefully.

Beyond that, I will be looking up qigong or tai chi classes, physical therapy, acupuncture, and massage therapy. I will continue to apply my various pain relieving creams and lotions containing powerful oils and extracts like helichrysum, copaiba, andiroba, acai, mangosteen, cupuacu, goji, sea buckthorn, tamanu, frankincense, coconut, neem, rooibos, calendula, palo santo, arnica, and peptides.
