What did you do for your first anniversary?

Well, ours will probably sound a bit boring, but it was actually really romantic. There's this wonderful fancy restaurant we love to go to on our anniversary. Our first year was the first time we'd been there. We had a window seat that overlooked the grassy area outside where lots of bunnies hope and scamper. We got dressed up, had some wine and a great meal, and then we went back home and shared the top of our wedding cake. My mom was really good at wrapping them right so it still tasted fresh once it was thawed. The rest I'll leave to your imagination. ;)

Hmmm...my first anniversary we were extremely poor students. I think we splurged on a movie and a picnic in the park. :)

you may already know (I think we were on each other's f-lists at that point) but my darling Mike & I splurged and stayed at The Willard, and went to see Lewis Black at the Warner Theater after a lovely dinner at The Willard Room (the hotel's restaurant). The room & dinner were wonderfully romantic and the show was loads of fun. Heck, it was taped for HBO and one of the audience lights was shining directly at us, so who knows - we might end up being in one of the audience shots for the show!

went to our favorite restraunt, drank wine, ate like freaks.
came home, digested, then spent the rest of the night naked and sweaty.
