That seems to happen to me on a regular basis. I can just have a peanut butter sandwhich and I'll leave feeling bloated. It always catches me off guard, I often wonder if it's because of the vitamins I'm taking now. I recently discovered the traditional bagel sandwhich. Smoked salmon, chream cheese, lettus, tomato, a slice of cheese and onions. Heaven. It's soo tastey but it REALLY fills me up, still a feeling I see as negative.

I realized a few days ago that my face has rounded out considerably. I don't know how I feel about it either. I like the fact I don't have such a long face any more, but it's odd. Pete adores it, says that it makes my already great smile even better. Then again, he's into cute cheeks which you need weight to have. ;)
