Pumpkin Chocolate Honey Waffles

brightlotusmoonWe made pumpkin waffles with chocolate honey yogurt.
Adam greeted me with dinner - whiting fish and vegetables, and then I randomly suggested that we take the pumpkin muffin mix and make waffles in the little waffle press. We've been eating our waffles with flavored yogurt instead of syrup (it's quite delicious), but we only had plain yogurt in the fridge. Adam suggested blending the plain yogurt with cocoa powder and honey powder, mixing it up, and pouring it over the waffles.
Amazing taste.
The cats are excited. Luna and Rose have been competing for Adam's attention. Rose has been making him throw hair ties and silver pipe cleaners for her to fetch. She's been wising up to his tricks. He threw the pipe cleaner behind the huge plasma onto the dresser, and when she didn't see it she cried desperately. Adam picked her up and brought her around the back of the TV, by way of the cubby sitting next to the dresser. The next time he threw the pipe cleaner behind the TV, Rose remembered and retrieved it.
She is clever, this one.
