Chiropractor was wonderful. I feel awesome.
(He only opens on Saturday for specific patients that he really likes, so I feel honored.)
Had a session on the hydrobed, and the chiropractor chatted with Adam while he worked on me and on Billy. He had me lay face down on a table while he worked on my lower back and hips. According to the x-rays, my left hip joint is out of alignment and my entire spine twists to the right. It is not as bad as it could be. He is going to work on improving that. We go back next Saturday.

I feel a huge difference in my back. Less compression, less, twisting, less twinging. The guy is good.

Charlotte and I are watching the season premiere of "Lost" on Charlotte's Verizon DVR. Adam and Billy are out getting parts for Billy's GMC Envoy.

Nom. Donut. My sugar for the weekend. (I've cut back drastically on refined sugars.)

This may seem hugely unrealistic of me... but do you think regular sessions like this could have a cumulative effect for your chronic health and pain issues? Like I know it wore off last time but if you keep going, would regularly having your muscles loosened eventually help them to stay loose for longer?

That's probably a silly question, I suppose I'm just living in hope. *hugs*

*thinks* Hmmm....
Well, anything is possible. I'm adopting a Wait And See attitude. :)

You're making me want to start seeing a chiropractor again. I used to see one years ago (for headaches and back issues related to scoliosis). At the time I hadn't yet been diagnosed with FMS - I actually got diagnosed while seeing him, and got into an argument with him because he thought FMS didn't exist. I won't go back to him now, but I wonder if I should seek out another chiro.

Also, it is *awesome* that you're getting some relief from this!

Chiropractors can be hit or miss, my dad had bad backpain and never could find one who could help him. Im sooo glad you found one interested in helping you and willing to take revolutionary steps to do so. Frankly that hydrobed sounds like heaven to me. Ive got my hopes for you Rose!
