Chiropractic Saturday

The chiropractor is just hilarious. I adore him as a doctor. It's also lovely to know that he adores me as a patient. He's been telling other doctors about me. He likes to call me Slim and Pretty Girl, and he knows where all my tender points are, all my sore spots, and he handles them better than my last professional massage therapist.
We chatted about life and health. He agreed with me when I said I did not want children due to my health issues, and was concerned when I mentioned the complex partial seizure I'd had yesterday. He enjoyed being educated on Trileptal, and he was impressed that Soma works on me so well. He approves of cannabis as a muscle relaxer, pain reliever and sleep aid. He thinks I am brilliantly intelligent.
He wants to see Adam more often, and he says he'd take Adam's insurance. He'd love it if all four of us -- Billy, Charlotte, Adam and I -- could come in together regularly. This Saturday morning thing might become somewhat permanent, or at least very long-lasting. He also wanted to know if we knew anyone who could see him. So, if you are able to commute to Olney for appointments during the week, look him up. I'll give you his information. (He does not advertise Saturday hours and he only allows very specific patients on Saturdays.)
I still take a Soma on Saturday afternoons, but that is because the fibromyalgia pain is still there, and even chiropractic can't take away all the pain. But I have a clearer head, and I know what to expect, and now I only take the Soma once a week. On Saturdays. The chiropractic adjustments just help the Soma deal with the pain better.
Adam has been at work since seven this morning. He's in Baltimore and should be home late this afternoon. Charlotte and Billy will come over later as well.
The other night, Adam and I made brownie mix and put it in the waffle iron and had brownie waffles. Then we put the rest of the brownie mix in cupcake tins. I have thus decided that brownie cupcakes are far better than regular cupcakes. Cupbrownies. Yes.
