turmeric protocol

I've been following a sort of turmeric protocol. I mean, researching, reading, and of course experimenting. Swanson Vitamins had a huge sale on pure turmeric capsules, so I bought enough to last several months. Been taking a gram and a half each day, except weekends. Month one is done. Overall inflammation is absolutely down, joint discomfort is significantly lessened. Muscle pain is wonderfully reduced. General allergy symptoms have been reduced. Digestion is better, immune system is stronger. In general, I feel quite good. I don't expect miracles, I don't expect to be cured at all, I don't expect anything really. But this has been a lovely development. Also, my skin has been clearing up. Also, I've discovered that compounds in turmeric help it act as an anti-fungal, contraceptive, anti-convulsant, antispasmodic, asthma reliever, and PMS-relieving.
I am watching one of my favorite two-part episodes of any television program: Doctor Who's "Silence In The Library" and "Forest Of The Dead." My desire to work in a library setting again is so strong it almost hurts, because right now there doesn't seem to be any open library jobs in the area.
