I'm still feeling deeply unwell, mentally and emotionally.
On top of that, this migraine is getting worse and is triggering fibromyalgia flare-ups all over.
I'm going to medicate, meditate, exercise mildly, and then lie down with the cats in my awesome bed for a while.
It will be better soon.
