He will have several days to rest and relax. He needs it desperately. His job in Las Vegas was rough and annoying. It will produce a great paycheck, but he is sore and irritated and is relieved to rest. He is so very happy to be home.
I am eating pistachios.
Also, Adam is home.
Someone a long time ago asked about our sex life since my husband spends so much time away for days on end. My only response was, "Our sex is electric, ecstatic, euphoric, and transcendent. You can't have any."
It does make me constantly aware of my pain, spasticity, tension, and fatigue during sex. Some activities are not advisable, or easy. Often afterwards I am left stumbling and trembling and slurring and giggling and falling over while I walk. The fact that the moment of orgasm erases pain is pure magic.

I crave cheesecake. Yes, I know it's slang. This time, I crave actual cheesecake. With chocolate marbling.
