A little mental exercise

I will name three stressful situations that are irritating me right now. Then, I will name three positive outlooks about those stresses. Then, I will name three best solutions.
I will do this as often as I can, for various problems, and meditate on everything for at least ten full minutes until I feel myself being lifted and soothed.
