Six Gratitudes

1. Adam coming home tonight from New York City.
2. Adam coming home with three pizzas, bagels, and doughnuts. From New York City.
3. Coffee. With acai juice, chocolate ice cream, and vanilla yogurt mixed in.
4. This chapter being less difficult to write.
5. My cats sleeping pressed up against me all night.
6. The rain finally easing my migraine
Also, oh gods I miss New York City. She cradled me at birth and kept me safe as I grew up, and I never really left her.
