Husband is Home, Life is Sweet
Aug. 5th, 2010 03:19 pmAdam came home just before midnight.
Hours before that, I had welcomed Beca and James and Bane and Red, and there was much happiness as we anticipated Adam and New York food. We then ate almost all the pizza, and I ate one of the doughnuts, and there was more talking and happiness. Around two in the morning, our friends went home and we went to bed.
We woke up just before noon, but stayed in bed with all three cats for an additional hour before getting up and making breakfast. Bane and Red came over for a bit, and now they've left and Adam is playing video games and I am doing book writing.
It will rain soon, and loudly.
I am full of New York City bagels with cream cheese and lox, and also New York City water.
Also, Prop 8 overturned, woo! Very long battle ahead, idiots and bigots everywhere in the way, but still. Woo. And nobody likes intolerance or being punched in the face by Bender (so support Proposition Infinity).
