Girls and guys, which is better--black/brown eyeliner or white eyeliner and why? Gray eyeshadow or brown eyeshadow, and why?
Any other colors?

for me, black eyeliner/grey shadow (i'm a winter - browns do not look good on me and my skintone is dark enough that white reallly stands out) or deep purple, silver, or deep blue
