Getting worse. Slowly but getting. I am losing spoons quickly.
I took a dose of DL-Phenylalanine. It usually takes effect within twenty minutes. L-Tyrosine would be quicker, since DLPA converts to tyrosine, but the tyrosine is at home. I took one tyrosine capsule this morning. I should have taken two. These two supplements are very effective for lower back pain, as effective as any Advil or Bayer. Also, ashwagandha, which is anti-inflammatory and, from several reports, "is used to ease nerve pain such as sciatica, numbness, muscle spasm and back pain".
While I was walking to and from the sandwich shop for lunch, I could barely keep my back straight. Too tight. Things are too tight and they burn. I'm not even taking stairs, not even one flight. Hurts too much.
My feet feel numb. Sciatica and nerve pain. It's in my shoulders. Even my hands are tingling.
I wish I could remember the proper yoga stretches. I can't keep hobbling like this. I can hardly walk now.
... The phenylalanine has kicked in, after 45 minutes. I feel no sharp screaming twinge anymore, just dull warm throbbing which I can handle. I can even straighten up without wincing. Now let's see how long this lasts.
And I walk everywhere.

The right dosage of that stuff and you could have your arm ripped off at the joint and you might not even notice.
