brightlotusmoon | compliments from strangers

It must have been something in the air today... or maybe me, giving off pheromones, or a vibe, or something. I got no less than a dozen compliments from total strangers. They basically consisted of variations on: "Hey beautiful," "Hi, gorgeous," "Hello there, lovely," "Damn, girl," "Wow," "Whoa, check her out," "That is so hot," "Hi, miss, you look very beautiful," "Hey, pretty lady" etc.
It was a little amusing but mostly confusing. My look today: Black slacks, black boots with thick two-inch heels, a tight olive-green shirt, hair pulled back in a half-ponytail; makeup was cream foundation, black mascara, dark pink lip gloss. That's it.
Mm. It must have been the shirt. It did cling to my curves nicely. Also, I was wearing a very... supportive bra. Made my B-cups look like large C-cups.
There were many young women walking around out on my lunch break, most of them in tank tops and dresses and skirts, and when I walked through a crowd of them, guess who all the men stared at and whistled at?
This puzzles me. Seriously. I actually turned heads more than the other girls. I shouldn't have.
