Unusually warm October day plus fog plus very high humidity plus lack of rain equals fibro flare.
Body does not want to move.
Yet I determine, I plunge on, I move even though everything hurts like hell, literally, I'm burning from inside.
This is also prime seizure weather. I can already feel potential auras (simple partials) swelling up my spine like ocean waves in a brewing storm. I am getting fairly good at pushing them back, holding them at bay, distracting my brain. They lie simmering in the back of my head and at the base of my spine, twitching and waiting.

Such is life, this.

The Sambazon Acai Energy Juice has kicked in. The guarana and yerba mate have begun flooding me with wakefulness, and I am grateful.

The electric bills have been insanely high the last few months, of course, and I keep having to split them in two, paying half with each paycheck. It drains my bank account too quickly along with all the other bills. I don't know anyone who can afford to keep paying five hundred dollar electricity bills every month. Adam and I apparently make middle class wages, even though sometimes it doesn't feel like it. Still, I feel lucky to be able to pay the bills and have enough to live off of. However it's always the little things that add up, naturally. I've been budgeting as much as I can; I find sales and discounts and cheaper alternatives, even though they still add up. It can be difficult, yes, but I work on it. We all do the best we can, right?

Your electricity bill is higher than my monthly rent!
Seriously, that seems incredibly high to me. In a small one bedroom apartment, my electricity runs $10-15 each month. Do you run a lot of appliances? You might look into low wattage light bulbs to save power, as a first step.

Yeah, we run a lot of appliances, plus several computers, and my roommate's sound systems (he's a musician), and of course the air conditioning system -- that's where the money goes mostly. If we turn that off, the bill drops drastically. However, not drastically enough in my opinion! Adam recently bought low wattage light bulbs for all the lamps and lights, so that helps -- and I decided to turn off the AC, even though Maryland is having an indian summer right now.
