A point by point analysis of the movie adaption of The Dark Is Rising. Comparing the movie to the book, it shows just how loathsome, insane, ridiculous, and stupid the movie changes are. The movie might as well have grabbed the poor book in a dark alley, mugged it, beat it senseless, violated it, threatened its family, and run off laughing like a deranged maniac, clutching the book's most valued possessions, which will then be thrown around as though they are worth nothing.
And that's all I have to say.
