Heroes Season 2 episode 3, "The Kindness Of Strangers".

Not much to say, except: "Eeep!" and "Huh?" and "What?!" and "Woah..."

Spoilers ahead:

Okay, so David Anders' mysterious unknown Kane character is in fact NOT the Bad Man that Molly is fighting. Nope. Molly's Bad Man is, in fact, Matt Parkman's father. Yes, WTF. Um, so, yeah. Loving this plot twist.

The plotline with Claire and West and suspicious Noah and keeping secrets is just a little too soap opera-ish for me. This is why I don't watch soap operas (much). I hate that suspenseful drag-out thing they do, where a character has a shocking secret and you have to wait ten million episodes before the secret is revealed via a slow, sighing, painful dragging that requires three commercial breaks, two interruptions by other characters, and maybe an alien abduction (at least Claire isn't pregnant with West's baby, which is actually Sylar's, who telekinetically impregnated her long-distance after he got stabbed by Hiro, because he really really wanted to get a hold of Claire. Yes, it's ridiculous. Soap opera, you see?).
I want West to come face to face with Noah ASAP. I want there to be an awesome smackdown where West grabs Noah by the shirt collar and flies him up to the Hollywood sign and threatens to drop him, and then Claire is begging West to please not hurt her father while also berating her father for screwing with West in the past. And then they all calm down and go to the Bennett/Butler house and have tea and cookies and have a long, long, revealing talk, and West and Claire will be allowed to be together. It'll be glorious.

I have officially decided that Matt and Mohinder are the new It Couple Of The Decade. Sure they're both straight as arrows, but isn't it so adorable to watch them bicker over how to care for Molly and who loves her more? I really expect a manly yet gentle hug or something after every argument. And dude, Matt divorced his wife because she was pregnant from her affair, not with Matt's baby. Wow. Ouch. Okay. And again -- his father is the Big Bad and a member of Team SuperBabyBoomers. Nice.

I also don't believe Angela Petrelli killed Kaito, or tried to kill herself. This will be interesting. Makes me really curious to find out her power, and Mr. Parkman's power.

Next week: Nathan finds Peter?? Holy crap, I hope so. Brotherly love up the wazoo. I adore brotherly love. It's why I'm still such a raving TMNT fan after all these years.

The instant Matt recognized the person in the picture, I said to myself (as Matt, that is) "He's my FATHER!"

I watch too much TV if I can catch that setup so easily.
