It's a story about a race of people called the Dasaroi, who all possess psionic powers and can reincarnate. The main story revolves around a young woman named Julia, who just learned that she is the reincarnation of the most powerful Dasaroi, and she's having trouble accepting the fact that she is the leader of a whole race.
