Sexy Lips

Because I had such a vicious pain day, I decided to cheer myself up with pretty photos taken inside and outside. The title of the post refers to my lipstick, Laura Mercier Sheer Lip Color in Sexy Lips, described on the website as a sheer sangria rose.

I love my eyes in these pictures. I can see the gold in them. They look like tiger eye gemstones.









I believe, now more than ever, that it is vitally important to be able to look in the mirror every day and talk to yourself about at least one body part that you love.

I have two constant body loves: My lips and my eyes.

I'm slowly working on the rest. Taking pictures is helping.
You, my friends, are helping.

if they do, it's not a bad thing! Lines show that you've lived. They're beautiful. An unlined face is either immature or plastic -- mature faces get lines in the same way that mature lions get manes. ;-)

I think it might be a way of using that kind of language as a compliment, rather than an insult, like an Oh-la-la that they use. Only we don't have that so much in English, so we say it by the French.

I take good care of my lips. My husband says they're the softest lips he knows of.
