I must remember to use the Pilates ring every single night to tone the areas that are in desperate need of toning.
I must remember to stretch. Every day.
I must remember that have a curvy abdomen means health.
I must remember that having a more rounded face does not mean the loss of my Romanian cheekbones and Audrey Hepburn jawline.
I must remember that I am not defined by my chronic illnesses, ever, and no matter what I am full of life and I can do anything within my power.
I must remember that I am pretty.
