My three favorite gemstones: amber, kyanite, tourmaline. I'm not sure how well this works, but I like it so far.

Currently, I have a copper bracelet embedded with a large rainbow obsidian, made by Adam. I cherish rainbow obsidian and copper.

In my private little branch of agnostic eclectic polytheistic pagan belief system, I'm big on gemstones helping to enhance and guide my magics and such. It's hard to find a pendant that offers pentacle plus amber and kyanite and tourmaline, so I'll see how this triple pendant thing makes me feel. I just need to remember to remove it before sleeping and showering. I'm still figuring out how to magically charge the whole thing in a pagany type way.

All three provide a lot of grounding and balance, but putting tourmaline with amber is what interests me. I can see it working well with the kyanite because I see it serving to balance another dual aspect of who you are, but with the amber I wonder if it ends up being too much. Since what you've got is an older amber in your primary pendant, you should be able to work fairly well with it as a vessel for natural power while maintaining a grounding in the physical here and now. The further balancing of the tourmaline seems like it would be too neutralizing for plane-work in a combination, as it serves as a psychic neutering of sorts for many people. What have you noticed so far in the stones themselves and in working with them in conjunction?

Hmmm... neutralizing, I had not considered that. For me, green tourmaline has always been energizing and enhancing, and this has been no exception. However, I've noticed that it slightly pulls me back on certain things, like projecting. I can still project, but I can feel the tourmaline wrapping around me so I don't go too far - not that I would want to with certain planes. But it's still very interesting that you would bring that up.
